Take in half a glass of raisins, prunes, dried apricots, fig and Circassian walnuts, wash them and scald with boiling water. Mince all dried fruits and add in half a glass of honey and unstrained infusion of ground linseed. To prepare linseed infusion take 2 table-spoons of linseed, pour it with 100 ml of boiling water and draw it for 20 minutes. Mix up all ingredients carefully.

Drink in 1 table-spoon of prepared mixture in the morning before breakfast and in 30 minutes before dinner or supper. Prepared mixture from dried fruits is kept in the fridge.
